Apartment Romeo
The fully air-conditioned Apartment Romeo is located on the ground floor of the house. With a shaded terrace and direct access to the sunny pool area with outdoor grill, you have the perfect view. Enjoy the blue Adriatic Sea and the surrounding nature on the generously laid out terrace. Due to the elevated position of the house, the terrace offers shade and privacy all day long. You can enjoy both the magnificent sunrise and sunset.
Living room
The air-conditioned living room is the central room within the apartment, which can be accessed through the side entrance door or via the terrace. The living room, together with the open kitchen, is the largest room within the apartment and connects all the rooms together.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a 180x200cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, and its own air conditioning unit.
Children's room
The children's room has its own air conditioning and two beds measuring 90x200cm. The beds can be separated or pushed together, and are suitable for 2 people
Kitchen
The kitchen sounds really great and functional! With all these modern appliances and utensils, it's easy to self-cater and prepare a meal. The pantry provides additional storage space and the fridge has ample space to store all groceries. It's nice to hear that the kitchen is so well-equipped to make guests' stay enjoyable.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom features a shower, a sink with cabinets, and a toilet. You will find plenty of space for all your belongings.
Terrace
The spacious terrace is shaded all day long and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy.
The sun-drenched pool area is only a few steps away from the terrace, while you enjoy a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the mountain range. A special highlight is the evening light show between Split and Omiš.
Konoba
The "Konoba" is a typical Croatian summer kitchen located in the garden house right next to the pool. Here you can use the Croatian grill as well as the electric stove or microwave for food preparation.
The existing refrigerator with freezer expands the Konoba ideally for storing cold drinks and food near the pool. As in every fully equipped kitchen, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine available. Additionally, there is a sauna here for relaxation.
