Appartment Julia
The fully air-conditioned Apartment Julia is located on the upper floor of the house and is easily accessible via the external staircase. It has a magnificent view of the Blue Adriatic Sea, the pool area, and the surrounding nature from the spacious terrace. Due to the special location of the house, the terrace offers sun and shaded areas and privacy throughout the day. You can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset, as well as the nighttime light show from Split to Omis on the mainland and their skyline all night long.
Living room
The air-conditioned living room is the central room within the apartment, which can be accessed through the side entrance door or via the terrace. The living room, with its open kitchen, is the largest room in the apartment and connects all the rooms together.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom features a 180x200cm sized bed and a private, separate sun-drenched balcony facing south. The bedroom has its own air conditioning system.
Children's room
The children's room has been completely renovated and features its own air conditioning unit, as well as up to 3 sleeping options: a bunk bed with 90x200cm mattresses stacked 3 beds high.
It is ideal for families with multiple children.
Kitchen
The kitchen is newly, modernly, practically, and spaciously furnished. It is equipped with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, as well as with usual kitchen utensils. A large refrigerator is located in the attached pantry. A coffee machine, a mixer, an egg cooker, and a toaster are also included. Relaxing cooking can begin.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom features a shower, a sink with cabinets, and a toilet. There is enough space for all your toiletries.
Terrace
The spacious terrace offers plenty of space for all-day lounging.
You can enjoy the shaded and sunny areas all day long here.
The spectacular view of the blue Adriatic Sea and the mountain range between Split and Omis invites you to chill out for hours. At night, the mainland offers a great light show.
Konoba
The "Konoba" is a typical Croatian summer kitchen located in the garden house right next to the pool. Here you can use the Croatian grill as well as the electric stove or microwave for food preparation.
The existing refrigerator with freezer expands the Konoba ideally for storing cold drinks and food near the pool. As in every fully equipped kitchen, there is also a dishwasher and washing machine available. Additionally, there is a sauna here for relaxation.
